The CALIFIA® Perfusion Simulator system can simulate a patient before, during, and after Cardiopulmonary Bypass (CPB) for open heart surgery or long-term support with Extracorporeal Membrane Oxygenation (ECMO).
Components and Assembly of CALIFIA® Patient Module
The three components of the CALIFIA® Perfusion Simulator are the CALIFIA® Patient Module (CPM), the Laptop Computer, and the Touchscreen Monitor. Apply power to each component.
The CPM connects to the Laptop Computer using an ethernet cable. A C2G USB cable (enables touch ability) connects the Touchscreen Monitor to the laptop, and an HDMI cable (for display) connects the Monitor to the laptop.
