This guide provides step-by-step instructions for connecting the docking station to the general CALIFIA® setup. The docking station is used to connect the Ethernet and external monitor, compensating for ports that may be missing on the laptop.
- Ethernet: Connect the Ethernet cable from the CPM to the docking station via the back Gigabit Ethernet port (right side in Figure 1). Then, connect the docking station to the laptop using the front Thunderbolt 4 USB-C port (left side in Figure 1).
- External monitor: Connect the monitor’s HDMI cable to the docking station using one of the back 4K HDMI Ports (right side in Figure 1). Then, using a USB-C, connect the docking station’s front USB-C PD Port (left side in Figure 1) with the laptop.
